Up for sale is a rare one - Gibson only produced 200 of these Firebirds in the "Celebrity Series" between 1991-1993, and this particular guitar came to us with a host of modifications to make it one-of-a-kind! The previous owner converted this guitar from a 1993 Firebird "V" to a "VII" by adding an aftermarket Gibson middle pickup and official Gibson Vibrola tailpiece. This is a classy-looking rocknroll machine - ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays, mahogany neck-thru construction, sleek black-and-white "tuxedo" styling throughout. Weighs a healthy 9.5 lbs.

Neck is straight and true with comfortable low action and lots of life left on the frets. Minimal surface wear in the finish, pictured, commensurate with age and play. There is a small visible mark where the original bridge posts were installed, then filled and covered. The original "Celebrity" pickguard and truss cover have been replaced with Gibson hardware. Will ship freshly setup in a moulded hard case.
